本文介绍了对渗硼层、渗铬层以及硼铬共渗渗层的组织进行的对比研究。所有渗层都是用固体法获得。硼铬共渗包括一次获得和先渗硼后渗铬(二次工艺)两种工艺。渗层的显微组织用光学金相显微镜及电镜进行观察;渗层的相结构用X射线衍射谱线确定。结果表明,一次工艺硼铬共渗层的组织优于渗硼层和渗铬层。与渗硼层相比,共渗层表层致密,具有良好的耐磨、耐蚀和抗高温氧化性能,与渗铬层相比。共渗层增厚,与基体结合力增大。所以,一次工艺硼铬共渗有很大的应用价值。
This paper presents a comparative study of the microstructure of boronized, chromized and borocrostatized layers. All layers are obtained by solid method. Boron chromium co-infiltration, including one after the first boron and after chromizing (secondary process) two processes. The microstructure of the layer was observed by optical microscope and electron microscope. The phase structure of the layer was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The results show that the structure of one process of boron-chromium co-diffusion layer is better than that of boronized layer and chromized layer. Compared with the boronizing layer, the surface of the common layer is dense, with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance, compared with the chromizing layer. A total of infiltration layer thickening, and the substrate binding force increases. Therefore, a process boric-chromium co-infiltration of great value.
