采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法等研究方法,从管理学的视角对省级体育社团建设存在的问题进行分析,旨在为省级体育社团的健康发展提供参考。研究表明:管理体制的局限使得社团管理职责不明;组织结构的松散、人力资源和资金的缺乏导致社团作用的充分发挥;社团内部管理监督和评价机制的缺乏,影响体育社团的管理效率。由此提出理顺外部环境;建立合理的法人治理结构;建立有效的绩效评估、问责和监督机制的建议。
By using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and expert interviews, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of provincial sports associations from the perspective of management, aiming to provide a reference for the healthy development of provincial sports associations. The research shows that: the limitation of the management system makes the management responsibilities of the clubs unclear; the loose organizational structure, the lack of human resources and funds lead to the full exertion of the clubs; the lack of internal management supervision and evaluation mechanism and the management efficiency of sports clubs. Therefore, it is proposed to rationalize the external environment, establish a reasonable corporate governance structure, and establish effective performance evaluation, accountability and supervision mechanisms.
