在全球化、信息化背景下,我国新一代劳动者(80后、90后)逐渐走上工作岗位以及市场的进一步完善等都使我国企业重视“人”的管理的变化,实施人力资源管理的需求变得更加迫切,希望以下对于企业人力资源管理八个制约因素的分析有助于指导企业反思、理清管理思路。
Under the background of globalization and informationization, the new generation of laborers in our country (80s and 90s) gradually took jobs and the market is further improved. All of these make our enterprises attach importance to the change of management of “people” and implement human resources The demand for management becomes more urgent.
