9月27至29日,由国务院国资委宣传局主办的中央企业文化融合与跨文化管理培训班在中国大连高级经理学院成功举办。本次培训班旨在进一步深入学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,牢固树立“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念,推动中央企业积极落实国际化发展战略和参与“一带一路”倡议,进一步深化文化融合和跨文化管理工作研究,加强文化融合,坚持文化自信,努力提升中央企业核心竞争力和文化软实力。
From September 27 to 29, the training course on the integration and intercultural management of the central enterprises hosted by the Propaganda Department of SASAC of the State Council was successfully held in Dalian Institute of Senior Managers. This training course aims at further studying and implementing the spirit of the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping and firmly establishing the five major development concepts of “innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing” so as to promote the active implementation of international development strategies and participation by central enterprises. Belt and Road "initiative to further deepen the study of cultural integration and cross-cultural management, strengthen cultural integration, maintain cultural confidence, and strive to enhance the core competitiveness and cultural soft power of central enterprises.
