1995年9月.石家庄煤炭工业学校发生一起腹泻暴发.经调查证实因生活污水污染二次供水所引起,现将有关情况报告如下:1 一般情况石家庄煤炭工业学校位于石家庄市西三庄路.该校水源为自备井.由地下水抽到地面蓄水池,再压到水塔供应全校.蓄水地设有溢水口、溢水井,但均与学生宿舍生活污水井及化粪池相通.溢水口低于污水井口(地面)0.6m;蓄水地溢水口为铁管.距水井10m;溢水口至溢水井为瓦管,铁管与瓦管接口口径不一致,未采取接口工艺处理.2 调查对象与方法逐个询问调查在校的所有师生和职工家属.对患者填写流行病学个案调查表.调查20个班.814名学生,职工家属213人.对症状典型的急性患者,在治疗前采集大便和血液标本按常规方法检测常见肠道致病
