为了解人群中对脊髓灰质炎(Polio)病毒的免疫状况,我们于1989年6月对本市、县部份正常人群,及经全程3价灰质炎减毒疫苗免疫的(TOPV)48名3~4个月婴儿,进行免疫前、后血清PolioⅠ—Ⅲ型中和抗体测定。结果在98名各年龄组人群中抗体阳性率Ⅰ型95.93%、Ⅱ型94.87%、Ⅲ型84.71%,PolioⅠ~Ⅲ型中和抗体几何平均滴度GMT 分别为34.94%、32.89%、20.16%。在6个不同年龄组中,抗体阳性率和GMT都以Ⅰ、Ⅱ型较高,Ⅲ型偏低,与国内上海报导Ⅰ~Ⅲ型抗体阳性率为94.04%、92.66%、89.45%结果基本相同,表明人群中Polio 抗体已达到较高水平。43名婴儿抗体测定结果:免前≥1∶4低滴度抗体阳性者Ⅰ型11人,Ⅱ型16人,Ⅲ型5人,GMT 分别为4.53、6.72、5.27。免后1月抗体阳转率Ⅰ型39.58%、Ⅱ型89.58%、Ⅲ型95.82%;GMT 为47.88、59.43、
In order to understand the immune status of the polio virus in the population, 48 immunized (TOPV) 48 healthy people from the normal population in this city and county in June 1989, Four-month-old infants were tested for serum Polio I-III neutralizing antibodies before and after immunization. Results The positive rate of antibody in 98 age groups was 95.93% for type Ⅰ, 94.87% for type Ⅱ and 84.71% for type Ⅲ. The geometric mean titers of polyclonal antibodies to Polio Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ were 34.94%, 32.89% and 20.16% respectively. In 6 different age groups, the positive rates of antibodies and GMTs were higher in type I and type II and lower in type III, and were 94.04%, 92.66% and 89.45%, respectively, in China. The positive rates of type I and type III antibodies were basically the same , Indicating that the population of Polio antibodies has reached a high level. The results of 43 infant antibodies showed that there were 11 type Ⅰ, 16 type Ⅱ and 5 type Ⅲ in the patients with positive antibody titer ≥1: 4 before immunization.
