到1993年7月底止,南汇县已有73家企业试行了股份合作制,共吸收股金15520.71万元,其中职工个人股5237.12万元。试点表明:股份合作制企业在理顺产权关系、壮大集体经济、增强企业干部职工的凝聚力向心力等方面越来越显示出优越性。我们现择本县首家试点单位——上海申江减速机厂的基本做法、取得的成效、存在问题及其对策略陈管见,供大家探讨。 一、基本情况与做法 上海申江减速机厂是在祝桥街道综合厂的基础上发展起来的。1964年建厂时,主要是加工一些小五金产品,当时只有固定资产5000元,职工10多人,人均月收入仅20元左右。1979年该厂看到原来的一些加工项目不景气,于是决定开发减速机新项目,从此这个厂出现了新的起步。10多年来,该厂坚持强化企业内部管理,牢牢抓住产品质量关,不断更新与开拓生产品
By the end of July 1993, 73 companies in Nanhui County had trialed the stock cooperative system, absorbing a total of 155,207,100 yuan in stocks, of which 52,727,200 were individual employees. We are now choosing the first pilot unit in this county, Shanghai Shenjiang Reducer Factory, for its basic practices, achievements, problems, and strategies. First, the basic situation and practices Shanghai Shenjiang reducer factory is based on the Zhuqiao integrated street factory developed. When the factory was built in 1964, it mainly processed some hardware products. At that time, there were only 5,000 yuan in fixed assets and more than 10 employees. The monthly income per capita was only about 20 yuan. In 1979, the plant saw some sluggish processing projects. It decided to develop new gear reducer projects. Since then, the plant has seen a new start. For more than 10 years, the factory has insisted on strengthening the internal management of the company, firmly grasping the product quality, constantly updating and developing products.
