笔者通过阅读《第56号教室的奇迹》,发现要想适应新时代的发展,就要改变教育方式和班级管理形式,要用爱、信任架起教师和学生之间的桥梁,让孩子快乐地学习和成长。
By reading “The Miracles of the 56th Classroom”, I found that in order to adapt to the new era of development, we must change the form of education and class management. We should use love and trust to bridge the gap between teachers and students so that children will be happily Learn and grow.
