图书馆新进馆员培训可分几个不同层次进行,形式上有馆内培训、外出集中培训、对外交流或研修等。馆内培训的动议适应近年来高校图书馆青年馆员构成复杂化的趋势,具有省时省力、节约经费、不影响工作安排和见效快等特点,是一种可行和必要的馆员培训方式,华东师范大学图书馆的成功例子说明了这点。馆内培训的路径值得探索和深入。
New librarian training library can be divided into several different levels, the form of in-house training, go out to focus on training, foreign exchange or training.
