公安院校作为高等学校的一种类型,警务化管理是其最突出的管理模式。本文提出在警务化管理中,我们既要“以规章制度为中心”的刚性管理方法,又要“以人为中心”的柔性管理方法,管理过程中应从刚性管理和柔性管理各自的本质出发考虑,寻求共同点,做到刚柔相济,构造和谐管理模式,才能提升管理水平,从而进一步提高教育质量,培养出适应形势发展要求和队伍建设所需要的高素质公安人才。
Police colleges as a type of colleges and universities, policing management is its most prominent management mode. This paper puts forward that in the policing management, we should not only rigidly manage the “rules and regulations as the center” but also flexibly manage the “people-centered” To seek common ground, to achieve the combination of rigidity and softness, and to construct a harmonious management model so as to enhance the management level so as to further improve the quality of education and cultivate high-quality public security personnel who meet the requirements of the development of the situation and the team building.
