公安院校作为高等学校的一种类型,警务化管理是其最突出的管理模式。本文提出在警务化管理中,我们既要“以规章制度为中心”的刚性管理方法,又要“以人为中心”的柔性管理方法,管理过程中应从刚性管理和柔性管理各自的本质出发考虑,寻求共同点,做到刚柔相济,构造和谐管理模式,才能提升管理水平,从而进一步提高教育质量,培养出适应形势发展要求和队伍建设所需要的高素质公安人才。 Police colleges as a type of colleges and universities, policing management is its most prominent management mode.
