《计量器具的可靠性分析原则》技术规范由中国计量科学研究院刘智敏起草,1991年3月4日由国家技术监督局批准,1991年12月1日实施,现已颁布并出版发行。计量器具的可靠性是计量工作的一个基本问题,计量基准量值的复现、检定测试的开展、量值传递的进行,都靠计量器具来实现。计量器具若不可靠,则会对量值的准确一致带来严重的后果。因此,制定《计量器具可靠性分析原则》技术规范,保证计量器具的可靠,从而达到量值的准确可靠极为重要。
“The principle of reliability analysis of measuring instruments” was drafted by Liu Zhimin of China Institute of Metrology, approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on March 4, 1991 and implemented on December 1, 1991 and has been promulgated and published. The reliability of measuring instruments is a basic problem of measuring work. The reappearance of measuring standard values, the development of testing and testing, and the transmission of values are all realized by measuring instruments. Measuring instruments, if unreliable, can have serious consequences on the accuracy and consistency of the values. Therefore, it is very important to formulate the technical specification of “the principle of reliability analysis of measuring instruments” to ensure the reliability of measuring instruments so as to achieve the accurate and reliable values.
