企业改革的不断深化,将不可避免地要触及既定权力与利益结构;对此予以分析,有利于及时做好职工的思想教育工作,以减少改革的阻力。一、恐慌心态他们或者是已占有很实惠的岗位,担心失去既得利益;或者是身体欠佳,技术平平,害怕择优竞争。当深化改革的大潮来临时,他们顾虑重重,要么抓紧时间,崇尚“有权不用,过期作废”;要么因此悲观起来,丧失了信心。
The continuous deepening of enterprise reform will inevitably affect the established power and interest structure; this analysis will help improve the ideological education of employees in a timely manner so as to reduce the resistance to reform. One, panic, they have already occupied a very affordable position, fear of losing vested interests; or poor health, technology is flat, afraid of competitive. When the tide of deepening reforms comes, they are worried about the importance of either rushing the time and advocating “the right to not use, expired and set aside”; or so pessimistic and lose confidence.
