文章从比较新颖的角度分析了我国警察培训工作中存在的三个方面主要问题,即:属于比较落后的外延式、粗放型培训模式;公安专业教师大多数没有能够成为本专业的行家里手;计划、培训、任用相互脱节的培训机制。据此,作者提出了解决问题的对策是实现三个转变,即:在培训的模式上,要由外延式、粗放型向内涵式、质量型转变,走内涵发展道路;在培训的师资上,要由专任教师制向专任教师与在职警官轮流任教制转变,造就一支行家里手型的公安专业教师队伍;在培训的机制上,要由行政主导向依法规范转变,建立一个计划、培训、任用有机结合的培训机制。
The article analyzes the three main problems that exist in the training of police in our country from a relatively new point of view, namely, the backward and extensive training mode; the majority of police professional teachers fail to become professional experts; Planning, training, appointment and disengagement of the training mechanism.
