我们在研究活血化瘀药物对动物肿瘤的影响时,发现丹参对癌细胞转移和血行扩散有明显促进作用,但与化疗药物合用则有增效作用,现将主要结果报道如下:丹参4.5g/kg 及环磷酰胺8mg/kg 单独应用,对小鼠 S-180的生长无明显抑制。两者合并应用则明显抑制 S-180的生长(P<0.01)。丹参9.0g/kg 腹腔注射12次,对 C57BZ 小鼠 Lewis 肺癌的自发转移有明显促进,对照组平均肺转移灶为14.3±23.3,丹参组为36.4土25.4(P<0.02)。大鼠静脉接种(?)alker-256癌细胞,可在肺部形成转移灶,腹腔注射复方丹参
When we studied the effects of blood circulation and blood stasis drugs on animal tumors, we found that salvia miltiorrhiza can significantly promote the metastasis of cancer cells and the proliferation of blood. However, synergy with chemotherapeutic drugs has a synergistic effect. The main results are reported as follows: Salvia 4.5 g/ Kg and cyclophosphamide 8 mg/kg alone had no significant inhibition on the growth of mouse S-180. Combined use of the two significantly inhibited the growth of S-180 (P<0.01). Salvia miltiorrhiza 9.0g/kg was injected intraperitoneally 12 times, which promoted the spontaneous metastasis of Lewis lung cancer in C57BZ mice. The average lung metastasis in the control group was 14.3±23.3, while that in the Salvia miltiorrhiza group was 36.4±25.4 (P<0.02). Rats were intravenously inoculated with Alker-256 cancer cells, which could form metastases in the lungs and intraperitoneal injection of compound salvia miltiorrhiza.
