目前在一些坡屋面住宅中,住宅夹层坡屋面内冬季结露现象严重,露水下流,逐渐洇湿平顶,日积月累,导致屋面多处渗漏。一、现场勘察在检查的数栋住宅楼中,坡屋面内均不同程度地存在着结露现象,可归纳为下列几种情况。 1.在排水立管伸顶通气管端口上方或空气流通不畅的空间,结露现象严重。
