本文简要地概述了近年来关于肺代谢机能及其障碍的主要研究进展。内容包括:①肺的基本代谢机能,②肺泡表面活性物质的代谢,③肺对某些激素及化学介质的代谢,④肺的血凝及纤溶,⑤肺的解毒功能,⑥肺的免疫防御作用。近来发现肺不仅仅是一个呼吸器官,而且也是一个相当活跃的代谢器官。这一进展打破了对肺机能的传统认识,重要的是它可能为寻找肺疾患防治的新途径提供某些有益线索及理论根据,也可能为肺功能的测定提供一个新的前景。
This article provides a brief overview of recent advances in lung metabolism and its disorders. Contents include: ① the basic metabolism of the lungs, ② the metabolism of alveolar surfactant, ③ the metabolism of certain hormones and chemical mediators of the lungs, ④ the coagulation and fibrinolysis of the lungs, ⑤ the detoxification of the lungs, and ⑥ the immune defense of the lungs effect. It has recently been discovered that the lungs are not just a respiratory organ, but also a fairly active metabolic organ. This progress has broken the traditional understanding of lung function. What is important is that it may provide some useful clues and theoretical basis for finding a new way to prevent and treat lung diseases, and may also provide a new prospect for the determination of lung function.
