随着石油资源的不断减少,石油勘探的重点逐渐的转向了深井硬地层和复杂地层,现阶段在难钻地层还没有高效的钻井技术,钻井速度慢、成本高的问题一直制约着深井复杂地层钻井技术的发展。因此开展新型高效石油钻井技术研究,对于提高石油钻井速度,节约钻井成本具有重要的意义。文章通过调研分析,研究几种新型水力提速技术,包括井底脉冲振动钻井技术、井底旋流器、超高压钻头钻井技术等,研究了新型水力提速技术工作原理、装置结构及应用效果。研究为水力提速技术的发展,石油钻井提高速度,降低钻井成本提供了技术支持。
With the continuous reduction of petroleum resources, the focus of oil exploration has gradually shifted to the deep hard formations and complex strata. At this stage, there is no effective drilling technology in difficult formations. The problems of slow drilling speed and high cost have always restricted the complicated formation of deep wells Drilling technology development. Therefore, carrying out a new type of high efficiency oil drilling technology research is of great significance for increasing the drilling speed and saving the drilling cost. Through investigation and analysis, the article studies several new hydraulic speed-raising technologies, including bottom hole pulse vibration drilling technology, bottom hole cyclone, and ultra-high pressure bit drilling technology, and studies the working principle, device structure and application effect of the new hydraulic speed raising technology. The research provides technical support for the development of hydraulic speed-raising technology, the increase of oil drilling speed and the reduction of drilling cost.
