目的探讨力竭运动对红细胞膜组分的影响。方法以力竭游泳为运动模型,观察力竭游泳后大鼠红细胞膜唾液酸、磷脂、胆固醇、胆固醇 /磷脂、巯基数目及 MDA含量的变化。结果力竭游泳后大鼠红细胞膜唾液酸、磷脂含量及巯基数目显著下降, MDA含量升高,胆固醇含量无明显变化,但胆固醇 /磷脂比值升高。结论力竭游泳可改变红细胞膜组分,损害红细胞变形能力和正常生理机能,加速其衰老及破坏。
Objective To explore the effect of exhaustive exercise on erythrocyte membrane components. Methods Exhaustive swimming was used as the exercise model to observe the changes of erythrocyte membrane sialic acid, phospholipid, cholesterol, cholesterol / phospholipid, thiol number and MDA content after exhaustive swimming. Results After exhaustive swimming, the contents of sialic acid and phospholipid and the number of sulfhydryl groups in rat erythrocyte membrane decreased significantly. The content of MDA increased but the content of cholesterol did not change but the ratio of cholesterol to phospholipid increased. Conclusion Exhaustive swimming can change the composition of erythrocyte membrane, impair erythrocyte deformability and normal physiological function, accelerate its aging and destruction.
