1988年,“河北省农村学前教育研究与资源中心”,作为“河北农村学前教育项目” (由中央教科所与河北省教委合作,荷兰范·列尔基金会资助)的师资培训基地、在青县创建并投入使用。 四年来,我们在“短期培训与长期提高相结合”的思想指导下,以培训一支土生土长、扎根农村而又有较高素质的农村幼儿教师队伍为主要任务,努力探索具有农村特色的师资培训的形式、内容和方法,现已取得了较为显著的成绩。截止到目前,我们已集中培训农村幼儿教师1556人,巡回辅导教师2000多人次,培训服务范围由6个实验县(市)扩展到54个县(市),还多次接待了国内外的参观、考察,并多次受到了国家教委以及省、地、市等各级领导的好评。 为了尽快培训出一大批能胜任工作的农村幼儿教师,我们主要采取了以下几种形式:

Up till now, we have focused on training 1,556 preschool teachers in rural areas and more than 2,000 visits to tutoring teachers. The scope of our training services has expanded from 6 experimental counties (cities) to 54 counties (cities), and we have also hosted many visits both at home and abroad , Inspection, and many times by the State Education Commission and provincial, prefectural and municipal leaders at all levels of praise. In order to train as soon as possible a large number of competent preschool teachers in rural areas, we mainly adopt the following forms:
