目的通过开发和应用公共卫生信息报告系统,规范医疗机构的公共卫生信息化管理,从信息采集源头提高公共卫生信息报告质量和效率。方法将传染病报告信息管理平台实施前后近6年的传染病报告质量评价指标进行比较分析。结果该体系的应用使荆州市中心医院2009—2014年传染病报告率从90.98%上升到100.00%,及时率从89.34%上升到99.01%,准确率从91.16%上升到100.00%。结论医院公共卫生信息报告系统基本功能的开发和应用,极大地提高了公共卫生信息管理的效率和质量。
Objective To improve the quality and efficiency of public health information reporting from the source of information collection through the development and application of public health information reporting system and the regulation of public health information management in medical institutions. Methods The infectious disease report quality evaluation index of the past 6 years before and after the implementation of the infectious disease information management platform was compared and analyzed. Results The application of this system raised the reporting rate of infectious diseases in Jingzhou Central Hospital from 90.98% to 100.00% from 2009 to 2014, and the prompt rate increased from 89.34% to 99.01% with the accuracy rate rising from 91.16% to 100.00%. Conclusion The development and application of the basic functions of the hospital public health information reporting system has greatly improved the efficiency and quality of public health information management.
