随着我国综合实力的不断提高,我国的现代化建设逐渐深入,如今,我国正处于小康社会的不断成熟以及全面改革的逐渐深入的关键时期,在全新的世界格局,多变的市场形势下持续发展社会主义市场经济,提高社会生产力是我国面临的一个主要任务。政治改革在我国的五位一体的全面改革的格局中处于核心地位,从政治工作入手来提高我国的国际竞争力是我党做出的一个伟大而成功的决定。思想政治工作是企业的一项核心工作,加强企业员工的政治教育,从员工入手来完善企业经营模式不但能提高企业的管理效率,还能增加企业员工的凝聚力,为企业的进一步发展奠定基础。本文就从企业的思想政治工作入手,论述新形势下开展企业思想政治工作的重要意义,并提出提升思想政治工作水平的具体方式。

Starting with political work to improve China’s international competitiveness is a great and successful decision our party has made. Ideological and political work is a core business of an enterprise. Strengthening the political education of the employees and starting from the employee to improve the business model can not only improve the management efficiency of the enterprise, but also increase the cohesion of employees and lay the foundation for the further development of the enterprise. This article starts with the ideological and political work in enterprises, discusses the significance of carrying out ideological and political work in enterprises in the new situation, and puts forward specific ways to enhance the level of ideological and political work.
