Changsha County has a tea garden area of 45,000 mu, 81,000 tea production in 2003, according to the total area of ?? yield of about 50 pounds. In view of this situation, the county multi-agency held a training course on low-yielding tea plant transformation technology from November 20 to November 23, with main production brigade, head of commune tea plantation and more than 80 cadres participating.
