伴随着我国对外医疗援助的推进,中医药对外援助逐步增多并形成一定规模。开展中医药对外援助,对于提高中医药国际地位,促进中医药国际贸易具有重要意义。目前,我国中医药对外援助制度建设始终处于空白状态,使得中医药在受援国家的发展缓慢且无法可依。因此,加强中医药对外援助制度建设,构建自上而下对外援助制度体系,具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。
With the advancement of China’s foreign medical assistance, foreign aid to Chinese medicine has gradually increased and has reached a certain scale. Carrying out foreign aid to Chinese medicine is of great significance to enhancing the international status of Chinese medicine and promoting the international trade of Chinese medicine. At present, the construction of China’s foreign aid system for Chinese medicine has always been in a blank state, making the development of Chinese medicine in the recipient countries slow and unreliable. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the system of Chinese aid foreign aid and construct a top-down foreign aid system.
