介绍了激光二极管抽运的高重复频率、大能量绿光固体激光器研制成果。激光器采用电-光调Q,主振荡功率放大器(MOPA)结构。根据放大器的设计要求,研制了抽运功率达12 kW,占空比为15%的激光二极管侧抽运Nd∶YAG棒状激光模块。在重复频率500 Hz,脉冲宽度15 ns条件下,实现了单脉冲能量1.27 J的1064 nm输出,光束质量β小于2.5。采用Ⅱ类相位匹配KTP晶体外腔倍频,在基频能量1 J,重复频率400 Hz,抽运功率密度67 MW/cm2时,获得大于405 mJ的绿光输出(平均功率达160 W),倍频效率约为40%,绿光光束质量β<5。
The high repetition frequency and high energy green laser produced by laser diode pump are introduced. The laser uses electro-optical Q-switched, main oscillating power amplifier (MOPA) architecture. According to the design requirements of the amplifier, a laser diode pumped Nd:YAG laser module with a pumping power of 12 kW and a duty cycle of 15% has been developed. At a repetition rate of 500 Hz and a pulse width of 15 ns, a 1064 nm output with a single pulse energy of 1.27 J was achieved with a beam quality β less than 2.5. The output of green light with the power of more than 405 mJ (with an average power of 160 W) was obtained by using phase-matched phase-matched KTP crystal in phase-locked cavity Ⅱ with frequency of 1 J, repetition frequency of 400 Hz and pumping power density of 67 MW / cm2. Frequency doubling efficiency is about 40%, green beam quality β <5.
