背景和目的:静脉免疫球蛋白(IVIG)产品中抗Rh D抗体的存在已被认为是引起不良反应和血型问题的原因,但有关此种抗体发生率和滴度的资料还只是初步的。本文对IVIG产品进行血凝试验的方法学研究,并追溯200批IVIG以试验抗D和其他血液凝集素的存在。材料和方法:用低离子强度间接抗球蛋白试验(LIAT)检测了各批商品IVIG产品。阳性批号用定型红细胞Panel和直接血液凝集试验作进一步研究。结果:44批IVIG呈阳性LIAT。含特异抗D的12批中有11批LIAT抗
BACKGROUND & AIM: The presence of anti-RhD antibodies in IVIG products has been suggested as the cause of adverse reactions and blood group problems, but information on the incidence and titer of such antibodies is still preliminary. In this article, a methodological study was conducted on IVIG products for hemagglutination tests and 200 batches of IVIG were retrospectively tested for the presence of anti-D and other hemagglutinin. Materials and Methods: Batch IVIG products were tested using the LIAT. Positive batches were further studied using the stereotyped erythrocytic Panel and direct hemagglutination test.
