通识教育、专业教育和实践教育是高职教育三个不可或缺的重要方面。在高职院校加强通识教育是教育的本质诉求,是高职院校科学发展的必然要求,也是顺应国际职业教育发展趋势的需要。通识教育与专业教育之间存在相辅相成、相互促进的良性互动关系。在高职院校中开展通识教育,要尝试走专业、通识、实践三项教学并重的模式,致力于将通识教育融贯于专业教育、实践教育之中。
General education, professional education and practical education are three indispensable and important aspects of higher vocational education. Strengthening the general education in higher vocational colleges is the essential demand of education, which is the inevitable requirement of the scientific development of higher vocational colleges and the requirement of complying with the development trend of international vocational education. There is a benign interaction between general education and professional education that reinforces each other and promotes each other. In higher vocational colleges to carry out general education, we should try to take the professional, common sense, practice three teaching mode, dedicated to general education into professional education, practical education.
