胃液分析是常用的一种检查技术,通过这项检查可判断胃的分泌机能(胃液分泌的量与酸度)和运动机能(胃排空情况),以辅助诊断某些胃部疾病与其它疾病。正常胃在空腹时或在进食后,均能分泌一定量的胃液,其中包括有游离酸、结合盐酸、少量有机酸类(如乳酸、酪酸)、氯化物、磷酸盐类及胃蛋白酶、凝乳酶、脂肪酶、粘液蛋白等。其中胃蛋白酶与游离盐酸对消化作用的关系最为密切,临床上多依据胃酸的高低判定胃分泌机能。正常空腹时(餐后十余小时)可抽取20~100毫升胃液,平均50毫升。此时,胃内不应再有食物残渣存留,同时也不应有过多胃
