以“香梨”ד早酥梨”20株杂交后代为试材,调查了其果实性状和营养枝不同叶序叶片性状,研究了其后代果实、叶序叶片性状的分离变异及相关性。结果表明:“香梨”与“早酥梨”杂交后代果实、叶片性状广泛分离,变异程度高;1~6叶序叶片的长度、叶宽、叶面积随着叶序递增而增加,然后随叶序递增而减少,叶形指数随叶序增加而增大,以第4~6叶序变异最小;杂交后代果实单果重与纵横径呈极显著正相关;营养枝叶序第4~6叶片性状与果实单果重、果实纵横经之间呈显著正相关,可作为标准叶建立相关回归方程预测果实大小。
In this study, 20 hybrid progenies of “pear” × “Zaosu pear” were used as test materials to investigate the fruit traits and the leaf traits of leaves with different vegetative branches. The single fruit weight had a very significant and positive correlation with the vertical and horizontal diameter of fruit; There was a significant positive correlation between ~ 6 leaf traits and fruit weight and fruit length and breadth, which could be used as standard leaf to predict the fruit size.
