建立石油战略储备已经成为保障能源安全的主要应急手段,中国第三期石油储备基地建设将盐穴储油库作为重要研究方向。为了研究淮安盐矿储油前景,对盐穴储油库建设基本地面条件、地质条件、建库层段、库容以及盐化老腔等方面进行了系统分析,结果显示:淮安地区淡水资源丰富,卤水消化能力强,靠近日照-仪征原油管道;淮安盐矿第三岩性组合埋深适中,C1井区Ⅲ-1~Ⅲ-5盐群和X2井区Ⅲ-7~Ⅲ-9盐群夹层少,含矿率高,优选为有利建库层段;采用六角网格布井方式,在选取的7 km~2有利建库层段预计可部署20口新腔,单腔有效体积为24×10~4 m~3,总储备能力可以达到480×10~4 m~3;储油与储气项目统筹发展,节省建设投资;盐化6口老腔当前有效总体积为44.2×10~4 m~3,改造后继续溶腔预计总储油体积可达90×10~4 m~3。由此可见:淮安盐矿具备建设石油战略储备库的潜力。该研究结果可为中国第三期石油储备基地库址选取和淮安盐穴储油库预可行性研究提供借鉴意义。
The establishment of a strategic oil reserve has become the main emergency measure for ensuring energy security. The construction of the third phase of China’s oil reserve base will make salt cavern storage an important research direction. In order to study the prospect of oil storage in Huai’an Salt Mine, a systematic analysis was made on the basic ground conditions, geological conditions, reservoir building blocks, salinization and old salinities in salt cavern oil reservoirs. The results show that: the fresh water resources in Huaian are abundant, Digest ability and close to the Rizhao-Yizheng crude oil pipeline. The third lithologic combination of Huai’an Salt Mine is moderate in depth. There is little interbed of Ⅲ-1 ~ Ⅲ-5 in Well C1 and Ⅲ-7 ~ Ⅲ-9 in X2 well. , With high ore-bearing rate, preferably favorable for building reservoir intervals. Using the hexagonal grid layout method, it is estimated that 20 new chambers can be deployed in the selected 7 km ~ 2 favorable reservoir sections. The effective volume per chamber is 24 × 10 ~ 4 m ~ 3, and the total reserve capacity can reach 480 × 10 ~ 4 m ~ 3. The integrated development of oil storage and gas storage projects will save investment in construction. The current total effective volume of 6 old salinization wells is 44.2 × 10 ~ 4 m ~ 3, after the reconstruction of the cavity is expected to continue the total volume of up to 90 × 10 ~ 4 m ~ 3. This shows that: Huai’an Salt Mine has the potential to build a strategic oil reserve. The results of this study can provide reference for the site selection of the third oil reserve base in China and the pre-feasibility study of Huaiyan salt cavern reservoir.
