从教22年,担任了22年的班主任工作,45岁的果征依然记得1993年从首都师范大学历史教育专业毕业时,为自己定下的目标。22年来,每当面对着学生,他的心中依然会不由自主地产生一种感觉,恨不得把自己的知识全部教给他们每接手一个新班,他首先要做的是和学生交朋友,他认为,“只要孩子们喜欢你,就愿意上你的课”。他善于发现学生的闪光点,并因势利导,将每个学生不同寻常的一面精雕细琢,塑造成有用之才。初中阶段,在果征看来是学生一生中最关键的时刻。此时的学生正处于青春期,是人生观和世界观形成的
