In kindergarten drawing teaching, teachers often use demonstration methods to teach young children the content of new learning. Although in a relatively short period of time, young children can learn what they want to draw, the result is often that the whole class of young children's works are monotonous and similar. This copy of the painting teaching method, contrary to the purpose of children's art education is not desirable. The teacher's demonstration is intended to teach the methods and skills of young children's paintings, but often also creates an environment and atmosphere for children to simply imitate. Although we have repeatedly emphasized in teaching that “it is better to draw more than mine,” because of the authoritative influence of teachers, young children feel that they are performing “teacher's paintings.” They are fulfilling their teacher's requirements rather than children Self-expression needs. To demonstrate the model - imitation-based teaching process, what children teach children to teach what to do, children get used to this method, it will lose initiative, lost the ability to develop opportunities, limiting the creativity of young children.
