一、加工原理图1所示为凸轮磨床M8325的结构原理图。它是利用滚子摆杆凸轮副的运动原理来进行仿形加工的,故称为摆动式仿形加工。工件和靠模同轴安装在一个能绕O-3轴摆动的摆架上。主轴O通过机床传动而使其作旋转运动。砂轮和滚子分别装在定轴O_1和O_2上。磨削过程中,受靠模形状的控制,在压簧的推力作用下,轴O绕O_3支点摆动,使靠模的型面紧紧依靠在滚子上。于是砂轮就在工件上磨出所需的凸轮型面来。
