在机构知识库建设过程中,复杂的内容资源产权现状会给机构知识库带来各种潜在的法律风险。笔者从权利所有人的角度对机构知识库存储的各种资源进行分类,在明确各种资源的产权现状基础上,参考国内外著名机构库产权政策提出以适用的制度机制为基础、以完善的管理机制为保障,以规范的技术机制为支撑的机构库发展对策。
In the construction of institutional knowledge base, the current status of complex content resource property rights will bring various potential legal risks to the institutional knowledge base.
