随着经济体制改革的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的不断发展,企业的经济结构经历了历史性的重大调整。经济结构的调整对企业的劳动关系带来了深刻影响,从而对工会的民主管理工作提出了严峻挑战。在合资企业和其他非公企业,作为协调企业劳动关系的两大机制和手段之一的职代会为基本形式的职工民主管理,如何坚持并积极推进呢?这一课题亟待合资企业工会认真思考和积极探索。本人结合工会工作实践,就当前对合资企业加强民主管理问题谈些粗浅见解。
