采用化学浸镀锌法,在铝合金表面去除氧化膜的同时覆盖锌膜,以此改变铝合金表面的氧化状态,为实现大气环境、无中间合金条件下超塑成形/扩散连接(SPF/DB)试验提供可能.结果表明,采用一定的浸镀液及工艺可获得最佳的表面覆盖效果;覆盖于连接表面的锌膜,改善了铝合金表面的氧化状态,且锌元素参与了连接过程的金属间互扩散,实现了大气无保护气氛条件下的超塑成形/扩散连接.
