判断中国未来五年乃至更长久的走向,将于11月8日召开的中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会无疑是至关重要的观察窗口。目前,深受严重金融危机重创的世界经济疑难重重。经过三十多年改革开放创下奇迹的中国正在进入转变发展方式、深化改革、全面建设小康社会新的历史阶段。无论从何种角度看,中共十八大都迎来了关系中国未来前途命运的“关键时刻”。
To judge China’s coming five years or even longer, the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party to be held on November 8 is undoubtedly the crucial window of observation. At present, the world economy, hit hard by the severe financial crisis, has a lot of difficulties. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China, which has won a miracle, is entering a new historical stage of transforming its mode of development, deepening reforms and building an overall well-to-do society. No matter from what point of view, the 18th CPC National Congress ushers in a “critical moment” that concerns the future and destiny of China.
