商业服务性语言,是商业服务工作中使用的语言,它是服务过程中重要的交际手段。服务人员能否正确运用服务性语言,讲究语言艺术,直接影响到服务质量和服务信誉。商业服务用语,要讲究语法。 1.商业服务性语言,口语性很强。因此表述要清楚、准确,尽量避免产生误解和歧义。例如营业员为顾客捆扎商品时如果说:“我给您捆起来。”使人听了哭笑不得。这是犯了指代不明的错误。如果说“我帮您把××(例如瓶子)捆好”或“我把您的××捆好”,就很妥贴。 2.服务性语言要避免使用无主语的句子。因为无主语句常用于命令和告诫。例如
