在下传动的曲柄压机中,连杆主要受拉力.对这类连杆的分析研究比起受压连杆来是很不够的,剖分式的尤其少.本文通过对下传动剪板机剖分式连杆做有限单元法的分析研究及实测,得出了应力、应变分布图,在此基础上对现有连杆提出修改方案,大大降低了集中应力值.结论已应用到Q11-8×2000毫米剪板机的改型设计中,且取得了满意的效果.结论有普遍性,可用于该类连杆设计的强度计算中.
