电视与收视相关联,由此产生了许许多多的话题。收视率不靠谱已成为业界共识,而这不靠谱的源头主要来自排名。本文认为,应在全国范围内建立统一、权威的收视发布平台,采取客观数据和主观评审相结合的科学评判方法,真实反映电视市场。同时认为,与网络媒体相比,电视仍是主流,担负着传播重任;国家新闻出版广电总局发布《关于把电视上星综合频道办成讲导向、有文化的传播平台的通知》,针对全国上星频道管理提出七项具体要求,实则是对电视媒体主流价值的肯定。
Television is associated with viewing, resulting in a myriad of topics. Non-reliable ratings has become the consensus of the industry, and this does not depend on the source mainly from the rankings. This paper argues that we should establish a unified and authoritative platform for viewing and distributing nationwide and adopt a scientific method of combining objective data and subjective assessment to truly reflect the television market. At the same time, compared with the online media, the television is still the mainstream and shoulders the heavy responsibility of communication. The State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television has promulgated the “Notice on Making the TV Comprehensive Channel on TV a Guide and a Cultural Communication Platform” Star Channel Management put forward seven specific requirements, but in reality is the recognition of the mainstream value of the television media.
