对尼泊尔酸模根的化学成分进行研究。综合运用多种色谱分离技术对尼泊尔酸模根的乙酸乙酯萃取物进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振和高分辨质谱等波谱学分析方法确定化合物的结构。该研究从尼泊尔酸模根中分离到1个新萘酮类化合物,命名为酸模酮A(1),并采用人肺癌细胞A549、人肝癌细胞HepG2、人胃癌细胞SGC7901、人乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-231评价其体外细胞毒性。
The chemical composition of acid mold roots in Nepal was studied. The chromatographic separation technique was used to separate and purify the ethyl acetate extracts of acid mold roots in Nepal. The structures of the compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods such as nuclear magnetic resonance and high resolution mass spectrometry. This study isolated a neptunone from acid mold roots in Nepal and named acid formone A (1). Human lung cancer cell line A549, human hepatoma cell line HepG2, human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901, human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB -231 to evaluate its in vitro cytotoxicity.
