目前职业院校会计专业教师培养中存在着理论与实践脱节、缺乏竞争机制等问题,本文通过建立一套适应会计专业教师的培养体系,来提升教师素质,从而提高教学质量。 At present, there are some problems in the training of accounting major teachers in vocational colleges, such as the disconnection between theory and practice and the lack of competition mechanism. This paper improves the quality of teachers by establishing a set of training system that adapts to accounting profession teachers.
