本文介绍了中国的衡平司法传统,并指出衡平司法对当代法治的必要性。在这一基础上,提出了运用诚实信用原则的衡平品质发展中国衡平司法传统的主张。
This article introduces China’s equitable judicial tradition and points out the necessity of equitable justice for the contemporary rule of law. On this basis, we put forward the proposition of using the principle of honesty and credibility to develop the balance of judicial tradition in China.
