目的 研究外源性成纤维细胞生长因子 2 (FGF 2 )对损伤面运动神经元降钙基因相关肽 (CGRP)和FGF 2表达的影响。 方法 采用大鼠面神经损伤模型 ,在损伤面神经近侧断端加入FGF 2 ,同时以生理盐水做对照 ,观察面运动神经元CGRP和FGF 2免疫阳性细胞数和灰度值。 结果 单纯损伤组和生理盐水组 ,损伤侧面运动神经元CGRP阳性细胞数和染色强度比对照侧明显增强 ,而FGF 2则表达下降 ;与生理盐水组比较 ,FGF 2处理组损伤侧面运动神经元CGRP阳性细胞数和染色强度明显下降 ,FGF 2阳性细胞数和染色强度增加。 结论 外源性FGF 2能增强面运动神经元FGF 2的表达 ,但对损伤面运动神经元CGRP的表达有负向调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of exogenous fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF 2) on the expression of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and FGF 2 in injured facial motor neurons. Methods The model of facial nerve injury was used in rats. FGF 2 was added to the proximal segment of injured facial nerve. Meanwhile, normal saline was used as the control to observe the number and gray value of CGRP and FGF 2 immunoreactive cells in facial motoneurons. Results Compared with the control group, the number of CGRP positive cells and the staining intensity of injured motor neurons in injured group and normal saline group were significantly increased, while the expression of FGF 2 was decreased. Compared with the saline group, the CGRP positive cells The number of positive cells and staining intensity decreased obviously, and the number of FGF2 positive cells and the staining intensity increased. Conclusion Exogenous FGF 2 can enhance the expression of FGF 2 in facial motoneurons, but negatively regulate the expression of CGRP in injured facial motoneurons.
