随着学习汉语人数的增加,非洲汉语教师的不足日显突出,特别是本土汉语教师的匮乏,将影响非洲汉语传播的可持续发展。本文简要介绍非洲汉语教学和汉语教师的现状,分析非洲地区官方语言、地缘政治、地理位置、汉语教学基础四个方面的因素,提出在非洲建立五个汉语教师培养基地,独立或中非联合培养培训汉语教师的模式。
As the number of Chinese learners increases, the deficiencies of African Chinese teachers become increasingly prominent. The lack of local Chinese teachers in particular will affect the sustainable development of Chinese communication in Africa. This article briefly introduces the current situation of Chinese teaching and Chinese teachers in Africa, analyzes the factors of the official language, geopolitics, geographical location and the foundation of Chinese teaching in Africa. It proposes to set up five Chinese teacher training bases in Africa and independently or jointly with China Training Chinese teacher model.
