目的 :探讨 nm2 3和 c- erb B- 2及 p5 3等抑癌基因的表达同大肠癌的浸润和淋巴结转移的相关性。方法 :采用免疫组化染色 L SAB法研究了 nm 2 3和 c- erb B- 2及 p5 3蛋白在 48例大肠癌组织中的表达以及同大肠癌的浸润和淋巴结转移等临床病理因素的关系。结果 :nm2 3表达阳性 6 0 .5 % ,与淋巴结转移呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;c- erb B- 2表达阳性 5 0 % ,与淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;p5 3表达阳性者 ,与肿瘤浸润程度 ,Dukes分期和淋巴结转移均呈正相关趋势 (P >0 .0 5 ) )。结论 :nm 2 3蛋白的表达同大肠癌淋巴结转移的呈负相关性 ,c- erb B- 2蛋白等表达同大肠癌淋巴结转移的呈正相关性 ,大肠癌淋巴结转移是各种因素的综合作用。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the expression of tumor suppressor genes nm23, c-erb B-2 and p53 and the invasion and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer. METHODS: The expression of nm23 and c-erb B-2 and p53 protein in 48 colorectal cancer tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological factors such as invasion and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer were studied by immunohistochemical staining L SAB method. . Results: The expression of nm23 was positive 60.5%, negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05), positive expression of c-erb B-2 was 50%, and positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0. 5) The positive expression of p53 was positively correlated with tumor invasion, Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis (P > 0.05). Conclusion : The expression of nm23 is negatively correlated with the lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer. The expression of c-erb B-2 protein is positively correlated with the lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer. Lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer is a comprehensive effect of various factors.
