泥石流是一种严重的山地地质灾害,应在研究其形成条件的基础上对其发生及危害进行预警及预报,在必要情况下应采用积极有效的预防、整治措施。通过对典型坡面泥石流的分析和研究,提出泥石流的防治措施;通过对防治措施进行比选和分析,选定较为合适的防治措施,并对该措施进行结构设计和验算;最后借助工程模型试验对采取的工程措施进行验证和分析,使得该措施更具有可靠性和实用性。
Debris flow is a serious mountainous geological disasters. It should be based on the study of its formation conditions on the basis of its occurrence and hazards early warning and forecasting, if necessary, should adopt positive and effective prevention and remediation measures.
