排舞是以排排成行、队队成路、强调群体的练习方式,体现团队团结、凝聚力的运动项目,具有德育、智育、体育、美育价值。排舞进入高校体育教学中,对全面提高大学生的综合素质、培养大学生的个性发展和兴趣、培养大学生的团队精神、促进全民健身和体育发展、符合当前高校体育教学改革要求等方面都能起到重要的作用。本课题从排舞运动的项目特点及健身价值出发,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以滁州学院在校大学生为调查研究对象,分析将排舞引进高校体育课堂的可行性,为教师和学生进行体育教学、开展课外体育锻炼提供帮助。
