人体肿瘤的异种接种实验是研究肿瘤生物学行为的一种重要手段。Pantelouis 1968年发现了有先天胸腺缺陷的裸鼠,Rygarrd和Povlsen 1969年首次在裸鼠中移植人体肿瘤成功。此后,裸鼠被认为是研究肿瘤的一种较为理想的动物模型。 本室过去一直采用免疫抑制的大白鼠进行肿瘤异种接种实验。为能利用裸鼠进行接种实验,我们自1982年4月开始利用原有组织培养箱,试图在实验室中建立一个基本符合饲养裸鼠要求的条件。一年来共饲养了49只裸鼠,并进行了几种人体肿瘤组织及本室建立的BCaP-37乳癌及BGC-823胃癌两个细胞系的异种接种实验,初步结果报告如下。
The xenograft experiment of human tumor is an important method to study the biological behavior of tumor. Pantelouis discovered nude mice with congenital thymus defects in 1968. Rygarrd and Povlsen succeeded in transplanting human tumors in nude mice for the first time in 1969. Since then, nude mice have been considered as an ideal animal model for studying tumors. In the past, we used immune-suppressed rats to conduct tumor xenograft experiments. In order to use the nude mice for inoculation experiments, we have used the original tissue culture incubator since April 1982 in an attempt to establish a condition in the laboratory that basically meets the requirements for rearing nude mice. In the past year, 49 nude mice were bred, and several human tumor tissues and two cell lines, BCaP-37 breast cancer and BGC-823 gastric cancer cell lines established in this laboratory, were tested. The preliminary results are reported below.
