近年来,计算机系统、激光照排系统、桌面自动化办公系统等,都配有AR-3240打印机作为输出设备。该设备虽有性能好、功能强的特点,但由于工作频繁、器件老化、操作不当等因素也常发生故障而影响生产。为帮助非计算机硬件专业人员对该设备的维修,现将其检修方法简述如下,以供参考。 (一)电源部分无论检修哪一台电子设备,第一步是检修电源部分。该机的电源并不复杂,大致可分为保险板、变压器和电源电路三部分。交流电源通过保险管F_1、滤波电容C_和L_1、C_2、C_3组成的防噪电路后送到变压器的初级。在插座CN 201的1、3端引出变压器的交流29.7V,由D_(201)整流后进行滤波,再分VH1、VH2、VH3、VH4四路去分别驱动24针打印头。本文所提到的元器件代号和各路电源代号均标在印刷电路板上,故没有原理图也可以检修。如果发现有六个点同
