采用文献计量方法,对2000-2010年SCI收录蚕学研究文献进行数据统计和趋势分析。统计结果表明:2000-2010年SCI收录的蚕学研究文献总数为1 983篇,2005年出现明显上升并趋于稳定;文献集中在家蚕基因组和功能基因组、蛋白质组、家蚕生物反应器、变态与发育、免疫等热点领域;收录文献94.40%来自日本、中国、印度、美国和韩国5个国家,发表文献数量排名前10的机构和作者,日本、中国分别为6个和4个;文献平均被引频次为7.87次,美国、日本、中国作者的文献平均被引频次依次排在前3位。值得关注的是:中国作者发表文献从2000年的7篇上升到2010年的110篇(位居年度第1),是变化最大的国家;中国作者的“家蚕基因组框架图”论文入选《Science Watch》重要研究前沿分子生物学及遗传学领域的最高引用率论文,反映了中国在蚕学研究领域的崛起;中国蚕学研究MAI指数在2007年第一次超过100,开始步入世界蚕学研究中心,2010年达到173.7,表明中国的蚕学研究力度已经大大超过世界平均水平,但是从H-指数看,中国还需要多发表高水平的研究论文。根据SCI蚕学文献的研究热点预示:2010年以后,解决蚕丝产业的重大关键技术问题、促进基于蚕和桑的新兴生物产业发展、强化家蚕模式生物的研究等将是蚕业科学研究的主要方向,并会更加深入全面地推进。
Bibliometrics methods were used to analyze the statistics and trends of sericulture literature collected by SCI from 2000 to 2010. The MAI index of China’s sericulture research surpassed 100 for the first time in 2007 and began to enter the world of sericulture The research center of science reached 173.7 in 2010, indicating that the research on silkworm in China has greatly exceeded the world average. However, according to the H-index, China still needs to publish more high-level research papers. According to the research hotspot of SCI sericulture literature, it is predicted that after 2010, it will be the main direction of sericulture science to solve the major key technical problems of silk industry, promote the development of emerging biological industry based on silkworm and mulberry, and strengthen the study of silkworm model organisms , And will be more in-depth and comprehensive promotion.
